Thank you for choosing our custom knives. As each knife is meticulously handcrafted to meet your specifications, all sales of custom knives are final and non-refundable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Custom Orders: Our knives are made to order based on your personal preferences and specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the order has been placed, regardless of the reason.

  2. Quality Assurance: We take great care in crafting each custom knife to the highest standards.
